So apparently if you can relate to something, you can sue. "Mafia wife" Lynda Milito plans to sue the creators of The Sopranos because she claims they ripped off her life. Thus far it seems both families had ducks in their pools, both had children of the same age, and both lived in suburban New Jersey. Lord above, it's so obviously a rip off!! What riveting evidence. By the same token, I think I'll sue the producers of Steel Magnolias because I can really relate to the characters. It's obvious they stole crucial plotlines from my life. I'm from the south, afterall. And while I'm at it I'll sue the creators of Sex in the City because I have friends and I have sex. Of course they totally stole that idea from me. Losers.
